• 83 x 58 cm white fabric, or 5.5 threads/cm (14 stitches/inch), to embroider with 2 strands
• 103 x 71 cm white fabric , or 4.3 threads/cm (11 stitches/inch), to embroider with 2 strands
• 103 x 71 cm pre-printed fabric, 4.3 threads/cm (11 stitches/inch), to embroider with 3 strands

This kit includes:

• 1 explanatory diagram
• 1 white or pre-printed Aida fabric
• Skeins of embroidery thread (cotton)
• 2 needles

PLEASE NOTE: To make things easier, the 4.3 threads/cm canvas can be pre-printed with the pattern, which is water-soluble. Once the embroidery is finished, soak it in a tub of clean water overnight, then let it dry. The canvas and cotton threads are designed for this operation and will not deteriorate.

This is why we can offer you competitive prices , with in return delivery times of between 3 and 5 weeks ( including order processing, administrative and customs support, air transport, and support by a local carrier upon arrival in your country).

Delivery Issues and Returns

• Delay: We expect a delay of 5 weeks after dispatch to consider a delay as worrying. First, we ask you to check with your post office that the package is not waiting for you there. Please contact us by email if this period has passed.
• Breakage: damaged or broken products? Please notify us within 2 days of receiving the package, by email, with clear photos of the damage.
• Error: A mistake in your package? Our apologies! Contact us to fix this.

If you encounter any of these issues, you will be able to choose either to be refunded or to receive a new product. In any case, contact us quickly !
